Most of us have to BE at work in order to make the money we need to survive, correct? So with that in mind, it would only make sense that if someone scheduled you to get some help with your heating and cooling during 'normal' business hours, that they actually show up!
Apparently, that logic doesn't seem to click with the folks at Sun City Heating & Cooling. Today is Tuesday July 27th, it is 11:57am. We have almost ZERO ventilation in our master bedroom and it is the middle of the deadly vegas summer. The appointment (or should I say "re-appointment) was set for today and for us to be home between 8am and 12. THIS IS THE SECOND NO CALL NO SHOW. Last week we had a similar appointment with the same results. We ended up calling them and they re-scheduled us for today telling us we were "first call" for today.
I just got off the phone with them 5 minutes ago and they said their field technician was out on other calls first. I guess they start their count on negative integers? Maybe they started with -10, then -9, and EVENTUALLY make it to +1, huh? So much for first call.
Consumer BEWARE! Sun City = FAIL.
