  • I made an appointment at this office weeks ago and was assured by the person I talked to that they took my insurance. Today, on the very day of my appointment, I get a call saying they do not take it. I work full-time, like most people, and had to make special arrangements to get to this appointment. I also need a prescription refilled very soon, and am now back at square one after wasting a lot of time. The people answering the phones here apparently do not know what they are talking about, so do not trust what they say.
