I have been waiting 30 minutes in a line of 4 people when there are two workers. There is no sense of urgency or realization that their whole job is to get people traveling back on the road. I've seen people at other car company's service station wait in line and leave, while we are still waiting for this second person in the initial line of 4 to be serviced. I don't know if this is only a local Cleveland situation, or a widespread Avis issue. Either way, this is a terrible first experience with Avis.
