  • I'm so very disappointed:( A good friend got me a gift certificate for this place. I've had so many friends rave about it, I was looking forward to an amazing time. Not so much- I had a 2 o'clock appointment we were not taken back until 2:20. I had made a gel manicure appointment for myself and a child's manicure for my nine-year-old daughter. We were excited for a fun girls day! We were offered nothing to drink, it was way too crowded and when I came back from picking my polish, the lady was polishing my daughters fingers no manicure just slapping polish on...so irritating at disappointing for her! I then decided to do the dipping sanded gel thing. She did it so fast that she cut me a few times and unfortunately the polish does not look anything like it did in the pot! I selected a purple and I now have red/burgundy nails...ggrrrrr.... As a teacher who starts school tomorrow I just wanted a nice gel manicure with nice service and unfortunately I did not receive either. Unfortunately I will not be returning and I'm thankful I did not have to pay for today's services.
