  • Wowzers! This place is amazing. There was a grand total of twelve guests in this restaurant. There are only two tables... That explains why it's so hard to get a reservation. But I'm so very glad that we got a reservation and went tonight. I like that the restaurant was small and everyone started and ended their meals at the same time. I think it's great because then all the guests are treated roughly the same; and I should note that the staff was great! Now onto the food! Every piece of the eighteen pieces of sushi was simply amazing. I've never had a striped jack piece of fish before tonight. Now I can't get the taste out if my mind.... Hold on... I'm going to need a minute before I can continue this review... Ok. Let me continue. The cod milt was interesting. The red snapper and the yellow tail were great! But I have to say the highlight of the night was the yuho ("rhythm of the centuries"). It goes with the blue fin tuna soooo well. We ended the meal with black sesame ice cream and some tea. It was the perfect ending to such a harmonious menu. I'd definitely come back again, assuming I can get a reservation any time soon. Can't wait!!
