  • Worst service ever! Jason falsified any and all information he gave me a song and dance about in our meeting. Does not live up to what he says. He's a joke, when it comes to this type of business do not trust your money or your life on this guy. The entire company is a farce. I tried to deal with this woman Jennifer who is a at best a High school dropout with zero customer service skills. Don't ever expect a call back from them, don't expect any updates on your taxes. Be very cautious of who you use in this industry. I am going to file any and all grievances against this company to this accounting board and anything that I can do to make sure that this guy get shut down within the next year as God is my witness I will do my best to make this company exposed as the worst accounting and tax preparation company.
