  • Thought I would Check this place out for a new workout regimen, first week was free and I took as many classes as I could, barre and empower classes both are great I definitely felt the burn after my very first class! Now I'm hooked instructors are so helpful thru the class helping get your moves correct and positioning for the moves which is great for getting the full effect of the exercises during class. Ana and Lori .D are great instructors and help keep you motivated during class! It's a little pricey compared to most yoga or barre classes but they do have student and promotional deals I found on the MINDBODY app and you can schedule ahead and book the classes right on your phone so that is super convenient. I'm looking forward to getting in shape this winter at this location great group of lady's and the front desk staff is welcoming and informative for any questions you have. They also have workout clothing available if you need any.
