  • This is not just about the sprint store it is about sprint in general. They claim to be cheaper than verizon, not true. They claim to have better service than verizon, not true. Their billing system makes no sense what so ever you get billed multiple times for products that were paid for in the store but corporate has no record of the payment we tell them that we have receipts they say it doesn't matter. The sprint store and sprint corporate do not communicate. I am giving Sprint a thumbs down. Do not waste your time or money. I am very dissatisfied with Sprint.
