  • I went to view a property and waited over 20 minutes for the realtor, Ali Shahrestani, to show up. I texted, called, and left voicemail for him. Finally, I called Realty ONE Group; they were also unable to get a hold of him. After 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Soon after I left, I received a text and phone call from Ali, saying he "misplaced his phone". Furthermore, there were ripped trash bags with rummage spilling onto the driveway in front of the property. If you want me to rent/buy something from you, then you should arrive BEFORE me and make sure the property looks presentable. I don't have time or energy to deal with bad realtors so I will take my business elsewhere and be sure not to refer any of my friends or coworkers to this company.
