Want to be completely ripped off, patronized and cheated out of your new car purchase? Come to Mitsubishi. What a f***ing horrible business this is.
We bought our car here and get it serviced here regularly like religion. We have bumper to bumper warranty and even paid for extended warranty. Our car only has 48,000kms on it, and all of a sudden the transmission is shot.
Talked to Joanne who runs the floor here and she was probably the rudest condescending human being working in service ever. Check yourself lady, you work in service, at least act like it. We couldn't take anymore eye rolling and had to talk to someone else so was redirected to Wes Hopkins who is the GM. Also a fail.
Warranty won't cover because transmission was never checked or maintained. Guess who does the service and never informed us that transmission needed servicing? Platinum Mitsubishi. Two weeks of back and forth conversation and lots of missed time from work and Wes finally gives us an answer....they will pay partial for "repairs" but we still need to shell out money. Not replacement but "repairs." For damages we didn't even know we had because this dealership FAILED US, put our lives in danger by letting us drive around in a car that could have failed us on the highway and now claims they want us to pay for their failures. So if you are shopping for a car; just don't buy from Mitsubishi.
