rev:text	I really loved the photos that were taken! Only complaint is the process to see photos at home after the viewing in their studio. I paid extra to view sooner than their regular waiting time, and was told after I went in person to view, that the images I purchased would be up at 6:00 PM the same day. I had family members waiting with me at my home to see my daughters cake smash photos, and almost an hour has passed and nothing. I know we won't be able to see them today, considering Lala Photography is now closed. That's the only disappointment. We were all so excited to see the pictures, and I'm following the directions I was given, and still no luck. If they are up, then their viewing directions are flawed. I was told to search for {J}, but there are over 100 galleries with that initial, so I'm sitting here hoping that I'll stumble upon my daughter's photos. But other than that, this company did a very good job with the photos. I'm just bummed because I was super excited to see her photos. Her birthday is this upcoming Saturday, and with it being so close after the holidays, it's tricky to get everything done in a timely matter, so I'm grateful they were able to see us so quickly. ETA: They fixed the hiccup as soon as they were aware of it, and for that, I'm super grateful. Again, the photos were AMAZING and I'm super glad I bought more than what came in the package. A 5 star company that cares about its clients. Next time I need photos, I know where I'll be going. :)
