  • I am not a fan of chains but the place I wanted to go was closed on Black Friday. I settled on this and was severely disappointed - we were not greeted when we walked in or after we were seated. The staff seemed significantly preoccupied. Food was good but I felt like an afterthought. I conveniently got a survey on my receipt and figured I would tell them privately how terrible the service was but - there was an error on the last page - shocking. Won't be going back.
