This Starbucks really aggravates me. The service at this particular location is horrible. My first instance that bothered me was back on 01-09-2018 when they made me the wrong drink. I ordered a Vanilla crème but they gave a Latte something. Normally, it wouldn't bother me to much but I'm 5 months pregnant and I can't have a caffeine. At the time I already back to my work place. so I called back to store the manager asked me to come back to change my drink. But outside is raining . I went back on my break time they did changed my drink but when I started to drink I noticed it had a light coffee taste. I decided to throw away because I didnt want to bother with it. Now on 03-13-2018 I went back to the same location to order a Pink drink with light ice but instead what I got was full of ice. I ask the person working at the drive thru that I wanted light ice and if they could remake my drink. The drive thru attended instead said that it was light ice but that was untrue because my husband also ordered a drink with light ice and it was significantly different from my drink. After a disagreeing conversation the person working at the drive thru reluctantly remade my drink. The drink tasted like they pour out the content into a new cup and added water to make up the difference in liquid plus finally, light ice. I understand this location is a busy one but the location I go to on fort apache/Tropicana is equally as busy yet they always have excellent customer service.will not recommended this Starbucks.
