Not only was I made to feel like I didn't deserve the employees' attention, but prices were continuously thrown in my face. I was never even told the name of the associate who was pretending to assist me. As somebody who personally knows several Burberry employees and owns quite a bit of clothing, aside from the fact that I work in luxury retail, I know how I deserve to be treated. I'm certain that Burberry would encourage their brand's integrity and mission statement(s) to be perpetuated by their employees. No other words to describe my feelings after this experience other than disgusted.
