  • Previously I gave this office a great review as a new patient. Now having a problem, I wish I didn't have to go back. I was seen yesterday and given medications including a paper script, when I went to fill it, the dates conflicted so it couldn't be filled. I couldn't get anyone to help me at the office that day over the phone and no one called me back after several calls, next morning still no help or callback so I drove there, after 45 minutes Of listening to the girls talk about what they are going to eat for lunch I finally leave with a half of a script as my prescribing dr is now out of town. I get to my pharmacy, it is again wrong!!! I'm in extreme pain and have 2 small kids and live 30+ minutes away. This is incredible.. The staff has been unprofessional and the fact the dr said to me yesterday knowing she would be out of town if I needed anything to call her is just mind blowing. Once my health is up to par I will find a new practice.
