  • The sales people are very pushy. They follow you around and make annoying small talk to pretend like they have something in common with you. I went back to look at a table again and was approached by several employees. I told them I was only looking. Then the woman who I had spoke to at my initial visit showed up and was very concerned she would lose out on her commission because she saw me speak with another employee. The Kincaid tables they sell are very nice, but you can buy the same table set for $1,000 less plus no tax, free shipping, and free warranty online. Seems like lazeboy should be cheaper since they own the company??
