We walked in because we needed to inquire about something on our account, once they signed us and discovered our reason for stopping in it was as if we didn't matter. The store was not busy whatsoever. There was one other customer being helped and 2 other available employees working, one of which was wearing a name tag that read "manager". I felt as if we received the short end of the stick once they discovered they weren't going to make a dollar from us. The two employees stood around talking to one another, not business related, making us wait until one of them felt like helping us. AT&T, in general, is too concerned with hitting numbers and sales goals, that they make their existing customers feel like they don't care. Very disappointed, especially with this location, they wanted to brush us off and make us call to handle our issues so they didn't have to do anything, and the woman who was the "manager" was rude!
