  • Very unprofessional management. We renewed our contracts but we really regret it because they lied to us about the promotion. We were told that the promotion offered to us would be the best and there wouldn't be a better deal later. However after a few weeks they advertised a far better promotion and when we asked to match it for us they just ignored us. Other than that they trick the residents, they say everything is included in the price but we noticed the electricity bill is only covered up to $35 which in Arizona with AC working 24/7 you will be charged much more than that. They don't tell you that when you are signing the contract. That's not fair! They charge us for "pest control" each month but there are a lot of roaches every where specially by the pool and the grills. The safety of here is crazy too the gates have been broken since I moved here 2 years ago and anybody can enter the building. Every weekend, bunch of noisy and rough strangers show up by the pool and nobody knows them... There were a couple of really bad fights and once the couches by the volleyball court were burnt in the fire pit but the management couldn't track them because the cameras don't work... The gym equipment are very old and broken. they never added or fixed anything. But that is included in the amenities. The fridge in 4x4 bedrooms is very small for 4 people and even though we share the food we buy, it's still difficult for us to fit our stuff in the fridge. The AC for Master bedrooms in 4x4 apartments are really weak because the air goes to the classic bedroom first and then gets to the master bedroom and even though it is constantly on it's not even cool in the bedroom and I have to leave the door open to get some of the cold air from the living room. Never get a apartment on the fourth floor because the water pressure is really low and the roofed parking spots in the garage are very limited and by the time you come back home all the roofed spots are taken and you have to park on the ramp which has no roof. Never get an apartment with pool view unless you don't mind loud music throughout the week. You can find better apartment with better price... I will be looking for a sublease to run away from here ASAP!!!
