Man do I miss Ken.
After being a customer for about 3 years I am leaving. Consistent technician turnover. I was billed for December service and swear the tech never showed. I usually get a copy of the form, and didn't this time.
I saved $30/bi-monthly and switched over to Younger Brothers. They have the termite contract on the house, and we've always been very impressed with the level of service they provide in their other companies (warranty plumbing work on our new build).
