  • I was looking for a hotel close to the Thomas & Mack Center while in Vegas for the NBA summer league games and found this hidden gem online. It is off the strip but definitely close enough to stores, restaurants, and other main hotels. As we walked in, my friend and I were greeted by the front desk hosts and offered water. They explained how the made-to-order breakfast ran and told us about the complimentary happy hour in the bar area. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The living area was spacious and luckily shielded some of the noise caused by people walking in the hallway and waiting on breakfast. 0There happened to be a lot of kids staying at this hotel because there was also some youth basketball tournaments going on all week.) I got a kick out of the swans swimming in the "pond". I was even able to take a picture sitting on the low side walls as they swam close to me. :) I would definitely stay here again. The price was worth the convenience and amenities. The only con is no free Wi-Fi. Embassy needs to get with the program!!
