  • My fiance and I went in last month to pick out wedding bands for our summer wedding. We were greeted the moment we entered and the lady offered to clean my engagement ring right away while we took a look at the rings. We picked out a few and I got to try them on. She was nice but didn't talk much. Didn't ask price range, style, or anything. Didn't really seem to care to get to know us at all just wanted the sale. I'm still rating the experience good because we found 2 rings we love and she had us take home his ring while we waited for the correct size to come in. Since they were having a 15% off sale we needed to buy and exchange. It was nice her to take care of us like that but the whole experience felt impersonal. We got my engagement ring from a Jared and went to get it cleaned in Irvine,Ca and the lady asked a million questions. When's the big day, what are your colors, do you have your dress" but the end of the experience I felt like she knew all the details about us. She seemed excited for us making the whole experience more enjoyable. Over all still a positive experience at this location.
