Let me start with something good. The quality of the food was good. Asiago Bisque soup was very tasty. Got some cookies to go, they were pretty good.
Now the rest. The girl had to go over the order three times (2 sandwiches and 2 soups - not hard) and it still came out wrong. My wife's sandwich had provolone cheese on it (she asked for no cheese), my sandwich had an unknown cheese on it (I asked for provolone), my sandwich had ranch on it (I asked for mayo - hate ranch). The slices of bread for the sandwich are large, but the rest of the sandwich was skimpy. It looks like a lot of food, but there is hardly any meat on the sandwiches.
So, it could be much better if the people that work there actually paid attention and cared about the customer service.
