| - There are always open machines, they have a decent weight selection, plenty of cardio equipment. As just a gym it gets the job done. Sure it may be a little worn, but the machines all work, and there's no fighting for a bench press rack, so in my opinion its beating about 90% of the other gyms in Vegas on that alone.
Where they really shine are the other amenities that you get with the membership. There's an indoor and out door pool. Free cycle classes, squash and raquetball courts, and a locker room that rivals some of the higher end spas both on and off the strip.
Locker rooms have Jacuzzi, steam room, individual showers that provide soap shampoo and conditioner, hair dryers, lotion, deodorant, mouth wash, shaving cream, q-tips, gel and hairspray, towels, lockers that don't require your own lock...the membership price alone would be worth it just for the use of the locker room.
Sure the basketball courts can be crowded, but join the league (free) and play some real games. Its a stellar gym, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
