  • Had lunch here the other day, Pink Taco is a staple at the Hard Rock Hotel it's been here forever. The decor is awesome it's right by the pool and the service is very good. The presentation of the food is fantastic the quality of the food is pretty good. It's a little pricey but that's because it's in a major Casino. I had the carne asada plate which was cooked just right it was a little Bland. It came with rice beans and complimentary chips and salsa those were all good.
