  • Not my kind of business. I understand that walk ins are last priority, but you don't sit them in a corner for over an hour with no word on when or if they will ever be serviced. If she had told me how long it would be when I called or even when I came in, I could have been prepared to wait or go somewhere else. You should never run a business in such a way that people end up walking out.
