  • I went here for free annual cleaning and now I got a bill for $120. They did do some x-ray and stuff - the regular things any dentist do, but I never get any bill from any dentist except this FreshDental charged me for annual cleaning. It is ridiculous and these people are money greedy. How dare they can add so many items and send me the bill when they didn't do anything new - other than annual free cleaning with the Delta Dental insurance? I could go into some dentist and pay $100 out of pocket for cleaning easily. On top of $120 bill they sent my insurance paid some $500 or so for this service to them. I am going to report the Fresh Dental CLT unethical billing practices to FTC, BBB and local Charlotte city. Never go to these people for even cleaning, my teeth were so painful after the cleaning for several days. I would not even recommend if they do it completely free for any dental services.
