  • I was haggled for my wife's ID when redeeming her free Birthday Smoothie even though I ordered three additional smoothies as well... And when handed the smoothies the manager didn't look me in my eye and refused to say thank you.... Sad because I had a 5 dollar bill that I was going to tip but tucked that in.... Maybe it was me dressed in a beanie and not shaving looking a little ruff that contributed to this scrutiny but for the manager not to say thank you.... Completely non professional.... #BadServiceStories
