  • You decide........the onsite management had my daughters car (2009 Mini Cooper) towed because they couldn't get ahold of her (on vacation) AND HER TAGS WERE EXPIRED that MVD was re-sending in the mail. Didn't matter to them that the registration was current and in the car. Don't know if anyone would want to live in a place like that. I asked the manager at the complex if they would tow a car that had a crack across the windshield since that is against the law also and she QUICKLY responded "YES this is personal property and we have the right to tow it" My daughters car was towed TODAY and will cost in excess of $215.00 to get out today because the management company either thinks they are the POLICE (who would have called in the license and known that the registration was current) or they have something going with the towing company.
