  • I really hate leaving this review but what's happened to this place? At any given time half the elevators were down. I guess it didn't help there was a large conference happening but they have to be used to this and they need more than 2 or 3 elevators working at any time. The rooms are dated but really large. Half the things in my washroom worked well. The service wasn't that great, getting help was a pain, like getting my keys changed because they stopped working for some reason. The shuttle only goes to Harrah's now. I don't think I'd stay here again as it was such a mission to get back to my room due to the elevators but if you're on a budget it's a great option. The pool is nice though!
