  • Watch repair is NOT their forte. I brought in 3 watches for watch batteries (at $20 a pop!) They returned all three. When I got home I noticed that on one of the watches, the hour hand would not turn. I brought it back and asked them to repair. They did so in a week, without charge. So, once the correct time of day was set on the watch by the MJ Christensen employee, and I went home.... now NONE of the hands were moving except the second hand. I give up. Shame of it all was that this was a watch that I purchased IN Switzerland years ago on a vacation. Sad.
