I planned my Vegas trip for months in advance. Researching all the new spots (and making sure my old spots still existed). In my never ending quest toward fatness, I had to include a buffet stop in my research. I went to the Bellagio in the past and I wanted something good and not super pricey. Wicked Spoon came up as the #2 spot behind Bacchanal (next time, Bacchanal). I ended up at Wicked Spoon for one reason only: bone marrow.
I walked in and waited on a fairly short line for about 15 minutes. I still hate that buffets in Vegas force you to pay for the buffet up front and any alcohol again later (it drives my accounts payable people crazy). The price was reasonable as expected.
The pros: The bone marrow was plentiful, the prime rib was great, oxtail pho station!!!!, dessert fantasia, the presentation of the dishes, getting my buffet fill.
The cons: the other stuff was just ok. the bone marrow wasn't set around any toast - just served as is, a la carte, the sushi was a little drab, the selection was a fraction of the Bellagio's.
