  • Bought a new pillow top mattress at mattress firm or year and a half ago, the pillow top separated from the mattress and developed a horrible sag in the middle, went through a long process of a warranty claim and they denied it and said it was normal wear and tear. This mattress was only a year and a half old and not use that entire time for a total of 128 days we were not home we were on vacation. This mattress came with a 10 year warranty and it is defective and mattress firm claims it is normal wear and tear, a big sag in the middle and the pillow top coming apart is not normal wear and tear. Do not buy anything at mattress firm they are not reliable
