I went to Binks in Scottsdale last night and had an amazing dinner! We were greeted with a smile and immediately got seated in a wonderful spot with a cool view of all the happenings in the kitchen. The Sangria was perfect with pomegranate ice cubes that improved the taste of the drink as I enjoyed it over appetizers and dinner. We started with the mussels- wonderful curry aroma! We shared the trout (cooked to perfection!), Amy's bolognaise and polenta, roasted cauliflower (my personal favorite) and asparagus. Everything was absolutely delicious and we will return to try some other choices on the menu that also sounded wonderful. The service was impeccable and our server (Dylan) was delightful and knowledgeable about food. What a great addition to the neighborhood!
