This place has been a family favorite for 20 years. We use to take people from out of town to Rosa's right away... and usually came back with the same friends for at least one meal before they left. Not any more. We have eaten here for our last time. The food is barely passable now. So sad. In January, the cost for a pitcher of Margarita's went up $15.00 in price over night. We had a pitcher on a Tuesday afternoon and by Saturday, the cost increase happened. The server knows us well and yet did not warn us. We basically felt cheated as if a best friend pulled a sneaky thing on us. Now they are increasing the food prices by huge margins but not increasing their offerings while the quality is slipping fast. (DO NOT EAT THE BEEF FAJITAS! I was sick for hours after I tried to eat 1/4 of what was served. The texture was weird, like pressed meat (?) and the flavor was well, yuk. ...
This use to be a place we went to 3-6 times per month but we are looking for a new mexican hangout. So sad
