  • Terrible service. Paid to have my brakes inspected, drove my car 3 times after that and all of a sudden I need my front rotors replaced & quoted $490. Steering wheel acting like it was having seizures, terrible grinding noise when brakes were applied. When questioned how come it wasn't noticed 3 weeks ago, they told me there was no reason to check the rotors when I paid to have the inspection done. While waiting, wasn't offered a coffee or even a seat for that matter. I went elsewhere & had everything replaced for $350 same day (in and out of there in 1.5 hours...amazing service and saved $140) I called a different Nissan dealership because I was curious about if it should have been caught when the brakes were inspected and they told me in most cases, yes. If I experienced these problems so short of a time after inspection....it should have been caught by them. Sherway Nissan has officially lost my business for future issues & I will for sure be warning every Nissan owner to go to another dealership or find another reputable mechanic.
