  • Every time I go to a Little Caesars, it's the same ordeal. Unhappy employees, minimal to no eye contact and never a smile or hello! I walked into this place and the manager looked at me without any greeting. You should really learn to pick up talent that are happy to work. Also make a happier environment for your workers. Your employees are just as important as your customers.
