  • HORRIBLE! I had a shellac french mani and pedi done last Thursday. The staff at that time seemed friendly and polite. I left feeling happy and even gave a generous tip. However after a few days the paint on my fingertips started to chip. I've had shellac many times before but have never had it chip on me. Finally I decided to call yesterday, exactly a week after, to ask to have it fixed. I came in today and the attitude was totally different from last time. The lady was rushing to fix my 3 fingers. Then as I was getting ready to leave I was told I had to pay $10! Their excuse was that if I had return within a weeks time it would've been free, but because I came a day after a week they have to charge me for the service! Does it not matter that I called to book an appointment yesterday? That had they done a good job in the first place I wouldnt have to come back in a week to have it fixed? I have a life and work....I dont have time to visit a nail salon as I please. Worse thing is that as I am writing this review, one of my nail has already chipped! The same day it was "fixed". I will definitely not be returning!
