  • This is a mixed review. 5 stars for service, excellent staff and speed. 2 stars for the food. I gave a 2 star because the experience left me feeling like I don't want to go back. I love a good burger, this place has big but underwhelming burgers. I've had the Hell's Kitchen Burger, the Hog Burger (separate occasions), the fries, and the onion rings. The taste blends together too much. It's just a hot mess of meat and bread. They have few sauce selections. The house ketchup is too pungent, and the ranch is a cheese ranch, too much on the cheese flavor. Nothing fresh that cuts through the burger flavor. There are much better burgers nearby. Don't let the fire display distract you, I think this place has little to offer in terms of special Vegas experiences or in a special dining experience.
