  • If there's a worse service department in Phoenix I'd hate to see it. Had a 1:00pm appt. for a simple oil change but upon arrival I was told they would not be able to get to it till 3:00 or 3:30pm. Really? I told the service guy that I had an appointment for 1PM and his answer was that Saturday was a busy day. To hell with that. I left Showcase and drove to Walmart and was in and out in about 30min. No appointment needed.
