  • Seeing as this spot is relatively new, the staff were welcoming and full of helpful recommendations. The area is spacious and has many seats/tables so it's great for studying or catching up with people. I tried a coco matcha milk tea with tapioca (hot, medium sized for $6.20 - tax included). Their teas are made with powder and syrup, so I didn't expect much. The tea itself was good; initial taste of matcha with a hint of coconut afterwards. The tapioca seemed a bit overcooked (suuper soft and chewy), and towards the end the tea tasted a bit watered down. They weren't stocked up on points cards, but they said that they would be getting them soon! P.S. like David's Tea, they sell canisters of loose leaf tea and other essential tea supplies. You can sample them too before you over-commit!
