| - I've recently moved in and to start with, the apartment wasn't even ready for me to move in even thought they said it would be. On the day I was suppose to move in, nothing was done. The carpet, vinyl, sink, lighting fixtures, and roaches everywhere.
Its been a week now, other than the carpet, nothing else has been done. I have a sink that is constantly pouring water and the water pressure in the bathrooms are so low that its so hard to take a shower. If I knew what I was getting into I would have chosen another place to stay. On the second day of moving in I lost the "checklist sheet" so I went to the office to get one, the woman named Sarah, dressed in a professional fashion, was not so "professional". I asked for a copy of the checklist sheet, she told me that in order for them to do that they need to print out my entire copy of my application. I said,"okay" and then said it costs money to reprint the copy. I then said, "how much would it cost?" she said, "$20". So I said, "okay". Then Sarah said that it would take a couple of days to print it out. Its like she is trying to avoid working. Eventually she told me to find a copy on the internet and fill it out and send it to the office.
I've went by the office asking for the repairs to be done and was told that they only have one certified maintenance guy here, then why are there three other "maintenance" guys here all wearing the same shirt.
I can agree to the other reviewers that made their voices heard, its a bad place to live. There are shady people living here. I often see police, domestic violence, people asking for drugs, and list goes on. I've lived at other apartments and never have I had an issue with repairs or expectation.
