Absolutely horrible 1st and last time I will ever set foot in this place wish I could go negative stars. I won tickets to a show with a meet and greet prior. When we arrived at the door just as they opened our tickets in hand they guy couldn't find us on the list anywhere had no way to scan the tickets and didn't know what to do. Finally he called for someone to come help him and asked us to step aside and wait while he let other people thru. About 5 minutes later we finally are able to enter then again asked to hold up because they had no idea about the meet and greet the radio station had set up or who was to be there nothing so we waited in the front lobby for over 15 minutes with no word from anyone despite me telling them exactly what the radio station had instructed us to do. Finally we decided to just do what we wanted and figure it out later the lady at the desk heard us mention finding a table or stool to sit on and informed us that ALL of the tables had been sold for the night the only thing you could do was stand! She stated that there was a person in there who had over booked tables they might want to sell one. We asked for more information on prices she said she didn't know what they paid but some of the tables went for $100+ as the event got closer. So we moved on into the main bar area and sure enough every table and seat possible was reserved no where was there a spot or accommodations for those who can't stand for long periods like myself with a knee injury. We decided to go for the PBR in the $20 all you can drink draft special the bartender told us it was actually $25 for that night again no signs anywhere about this increase in price just her word for it! Oh and be fair warned they pour it into pitchers leave it sit out to get all yummy warm then pour it into your cup! After hanging out for a little while and still not hearing anything back from the in house marketing guy who said he would get right back with us I went back to the lady at the desk to ask if she had seen him...no such luck then told me oh well what are you worried about you have the wristband for it pointing out the wristband I just received for the all you can drink draft! We stood there till finally the DJ from the radio station showed up for the meet and greet and got everything handled for that. If you do dare to venture here and have a meet and greet watch your step the hallway in and out is a small bridge over water and several stepped off without knowing it was there right into water! Meet and greet was as expected nothing to much there. Shortly after that the first act hit the stage was hard to hear/understand because the mix was terrible over all the talking and of course you can't get too close to the stage unless you are dancing well if you are dancing you can't have your drink with you so you have to find somewhere to leave it and hope no one messes with it. My husband went to the bar for a refill after standing there for over 10 mins some guy cut in front of the girl in front of him she didn't want to say anything so he did then got scolded by the bartender because the guy who cut wanted to argue with my husband about it....WAIT WAIT WAIT SCOLD THE ONE WHO CUT EVERYONE IN LINE DUH!
We left during the first act couldn't take the standing any longer I was hurting so bad I could barely move and barely was able to walk the next day! My poor knee was so swollen that it caused my ankle and foot to swell and I almost couldn't get my shoes off!
We will stick to other places like Gilley's where you can find a spot to sit if needed....
