  • They are scam artists! I signed up for a year of which I barely used. When I called to see when my membership ended no one told me that my contract ending simply meant that the upped my rate without noticed and kept pulling from my account. To add insult to injury they charged me an additional $50 to get out of my contact which makes no sense bc my contract was only supposed to be a year anyways. Terrible customer service!!!!!
