  • These guys were great! We called Bill while on vacation in Arizona because a warning light came on in our car and we were having problems with our ABS and traction system. He said he couldn't get us in until Thursday or Friday but offered to take a look at it if we wanted to stop by. He quickly and kindly diagnosed the problem for us, and offered us expert advice on what to do next. We took up about 20 minutes of his time and he didn't even charge us. He simply said "That's what we do!" Bill was extremely kind, and went out of his way to help us. By comparison, I called the Chevy dealership that same day and time and they said they could get us in to look at it, but the fee would be $130. That was just to diagnose the problem, and not fix anything. Over the phone, the man at the Chevy dealership asked me to repeat our problem multiple times, and didn't act like he knew what we were talking about. Bill is knowledgeable, kind, and honest, and if we lived in Arizona he would definitely be our regular guy!
