  • I cannot say enough positive things about Legacy Air. I was able to call them and get an appointment the very next day, they even called about 10 minutes before they arrived and still managed to be a couple minutes early! When you don't have A/C, even a few minutes can make a huge difference to getting the cold air blowing again. Plus the other feature I liked was after I got off the phone once he told me that he was almost here, I received a text message with his photo letting me know who was coming. That was awesome. I was lucky enough to get Junior and again, I cannot say enough about how wonderful he was. While I understand from reading the reviews on here that he is new to the company, he's very much a great asset. Friendly, personable, easy to understand and even willing to walk you through what's he's doing as he does it. That open communication speaks wonders with me as I believe it makes him feel more trustworthy too. He had figured out within less then half an hour what was wrong with the unit and while he said that he unfortunately didn't have the part on his truck, he would go get it quickly to get us going again. I sadly got a phone call a little later that he had been rear ended on the way to get the part and so another technician would be coming over to finish the job, I was informed it would be a gentleman named Dave. It took him a little while to arrive as he was across town but I understood considering the situation. Dave was still professional and quickly got to work where Junior left off. He was able to figure out that it was simply something wasn't wired correctly and through regular use had come undone at the same time. Using the diagram on the cover, he was able to fix it with a minimal almost of time and restored the cool air. I cannot thank both Junior and Dave for their professionalism and courtesy, I highly recommend Legacy Air and shall I need anything in the future, they will be the first place I call. I believe they could have taken advantage of the situation but their honestly and integrity is something you may not see in a company today but Legacy Air sets the standard high. I'm not sure how Junior is doing, but I hope he has been able to return to work and that any injuries weren't serious. I would definitely request Junior or Dave anytime. Thank you so much!
