Purchased a TV from them and was told to go outside to wait for them to bring it out. After 10-15 min I went back in to see what was taking so long and i see a guy taping up a tv box that appears to be mine. I said is that my tv and he said yes. I asked why he opened the box. He said they always pull the tv's out to make sure their not damaged and worked. I said I wish the sales guy would of told me that and I would have stayed in the store to watch. Needless to say I went home and ended up coming back the next morning because I don't trust anyone opening up my brand new $1000 tv when I'm not there. Who knows what they did. Even if they didn't do anything that is bad practice. So the manager started being combative with me saying we always have done that, which is not true because I have bought 3 tv's from them and that was never done. He was sarcastic and wanted to argue so I said we can argue all you want but I want a brand new factory sealed tv. They brought my old tv in and pulled it out to make sure it worked and he was like see its still packed in the factory packaging. Well of course it was because I never even opened it when I took it home, it was still sealed from when they opened it. They opened the new one and just plugged it in to see if it powered up. They didn't check for dead pixels or damage like the guy said he was checking for yesterday. He also put his paws all over the front of the tv...thanks. They could have been nicer and more understanding with my concerns but instead just wanted to be an asshole to me. The worst customer experience I have ever encountered at a retail store. I have prob purchased over 10k worth of appliances/tv's in the past 10 years from them. Well they just lost me as a customer. This place is only good if you can get a better price for a product that's it. Don't expect any expert advise or good customer service.
