  • I don't understand how anyone can rate this place less than four stars (five really, but to each his own). Between my family there are five cars. We take all of them here. Not once have we been pressured to get any work done. In cases of emergency, I've taken my car to get looked at somewhere else and was told I'd need over a thousand dollars in repairs. Then I'd take it over to these guys and tell them what I was told and they look at wide eyed and tell me I only had a little problem that would cost me a hundred bucks. They're transparent with their prices. If you ask them to break down the cost, they will. Some people complain about their customer service. I've never had a bad experience. But to customers who are used to big corporation run businesses, they're probably used to getting their butts kissed. Their customer service is just fine and my family and I always leave satisfied.
