  • I'm only giving this place one star because I can't give them less. I walked in today looking for a light fixture for my dining room and one for my formal living room. At first glance, I liked what I saw and I was hopeful to find something and walk out with my purchase in hand. However, I soon realized that I would not be getting any kind of service from anyone there. A couple of ladies were busy with customers. But a third wasn't and I felt her look me up and down. Then she promptly walked passed me to ask another couple if they were being helped. They were. So she walked passed me, once again, to ask the person behind me if he was being helped. He was also being helped. I, on the other hand, was invisible apparently. At first I couldn't believe she was actually ignoring me so I didn't think to stop her as she walked by me, twice, for help. I know she saw me. She CHOSE not to help me. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe I didn't seem important enough to help? I've never been treated this way before so I didn't know how to react. I almost went up to her, after I saw she was at a desk doing nothing, but I decided it wasn't worth my time and I wasn't going to make a scene. So I walked out empty handed and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'll never step foot in that store again!
