  • Awful. Awful support.. The owners daughter handles a lot of there business and she will either be Becky, or Melissa on the phone. I purchased a washer dryer set, and it has been over a month that I've had a PAINTED, broken washer. It leaks, squeaks, and smells like burning wires. They leave there phone off, with a full voicemail so you cannot leave a message. A few times now, I have had a "repair" man show up unannounced to somehow fix the god awful washer with a small tool bag. Worst experience ever. Save yourself months of issues, and purchase from ANYWHERE ELSE. I ended up finding a set for much cheap, and it works!
