  • Let me start with why I gave this place 2.5 stars. (I was generous with the 3 stars) The great side of this place is where the wonderful aestheticians are, who do amazing jobs with the eyebrows and face threading. They go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and do their best, so you don't leave with a red face after a full face thread. I have come here many times for haircuts and I always left satisfied. On the not so great side, they charge too much. A full face threading is $25 max wherever you go. Here they charge $45! Also, I came here recently and showed my hair colourist a picture of what exactly I wanted to look like. She told me my hair will start becoming brittle and break if I bleach it. The hair colour I showed her was not bleached at all. She did say that she might not be able to make me look exactly like the picture I showed her, but then I told her that I trust her abilities as a professional hair stylist. I was not satisfied with my colour at all and honestly what can you say after sitting patiently for over 3 hours and not getting what you asked for? I feel like I wasted a great amount of time and money and did not get the result I expected.
